Myriad Training (East Midlands) Limited is an "In company" training organisation who specialise in personal development and management skills training. Myriad was founded to promote personal change, knowledge and best paractice to ensure that training is more accessible and that the newly learnt skills are transferred back into the workplace. Which is why we use a mixture of role-play, large and small group work, group discussions and practice to ensure that personal change and skills are long lasting and transferable. What makes us unique is that our trainers have had counselling training. This means that the training we offer is backed up by tried and tested psychological theories. It also means that we can help the participants on our training to self monotor their change which will help them become an intergral part in moving your company forward and helping it grow. We work with large and small companies as well as non-profit making organisations and are able to offer substantial savings for non-profit making organisations.
