Supporting people singly, in pairs or groups on a variety of general issues but particularly self-esteem, confidence, personal development, relationship and communication issues, motivation, anxiety, anger, domestic violence, management of change, discovery of the self and recovery from distress as well as over ten years experience working with a variety of addictions.
Experienced in working with high and under-achievers to develope life-balance and to negotiate new stages in  developement as a person, partner or worker.
Works intergratively, using a variety of interventions and counselling styles according to the needs of each client.
The atmosphere at Growing Unlimited is one of support, warmth, respect and non-judgemental attitude along with a belief in people's natural ability to grow and change.
First meeting of up to one and a half hours free of charge, to give the client an opportunity to discuss what they may wish to achieve from the support and also to see if  both sides will be able to work helpfully together.
Based in Winchester, within easy reach of Romsey, Southampton and Basingstoke (via M3 jct 11, bus or train)
